ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Marie-Chantal Uwitonze is an experienced international relations and public communications professional. She has intimate knowledge as a communications professional with International Relations background working in high-level political offices managing multifaceted tasks and undertaking specialized communications and multilateral partnerships including sustainable development initiatives involving EU-ACP, African Union, ECOWAS and the UNFPA.

She possesses rare practical skills and theoretical acquaintance both as an academic and on-field practitioner well versed in senior management and operations.

Her resume straddles first-hand work experience as a political advisor at the European Parliament, communications lead with UNFPA where she was involved in the overall legislative processes, policy dialogue with governments, successful regional advocacy and high-impact media & influencers liaison.

Marie Chantal Uwitonze holds a master’s degree in international relations and an Advanced Master in Development, Environment and Society both obtained from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. She also graduated in International Law and Diplomacy from the National School of Administration of Algiers.

KEY BOOK

The English version of the first book in the career development series is now published.

The Book “The Keys to a Successful Career (in French “ LES CLES D’UN PARCOURS REUSSI”) by Marie Chantal Uwitonze is based on testimonials of success but also of failure of people from different socio-economic and professional backgrounds, from Europe, Africa, Asia or America. It tries to define the notion of success and determine conditions under which everyone can succeed.

The book is the proof that success depends mainly on effort, determination and a certain number of golden rules that everyone must adhere to throughout their lives. Success is accessible to everybody who spare no efforts to achieve it regardless of their social background, regardless of their past or that of their family, regardless of their origin.
